RAKIA Warehousing Complex
A Warehouse complex (9 nos in free zone & 10 nos in industrial zone near RAK Ceramic factory) has been master planned adjoining RAK Ceramics complex. We have already placed an ordered for 5 pre-engineered steel structure at a cost of AED 5 Million. Each warehouse shall be of 10,000 Sqm area and shall be modular in nature with 32 modules in each warehouse measuring 12.5mx25m. Phase 1 comprising of 5 such warehouses are being built at a cost of AED 50 Million. The first warehouse of phase 1 shall be ready for occupation by January 2008. RAKIA Free Zone Custom House
A contract for the construction of Custom House in the RAKIA Free Zone in Al Jazeera-Al Hamra industrial complex has been awarded to Prime Builders. Work has already commenced at the site and the building shall be ready by another two months time.
