Trading Offices FFZ
offers both furnished or unfurnished Trading
Offices, in most modern centrally air conditioned
office
blocks. Though the standard
area is 35 sq meters,
other size offices are also available.
FFZ also offers premises on share desk basis
Warehousing & Logistics
For warehousing, repackaging
and distribution activity, the FFZ offers pre-fabricated,fully
insulated warehouse units, with a built in
office block.
Standard, unit sizes being 250/500/1000/ square meters; however, to meet investor requirements other sizes are also available.
Temporary warehousing Facilities are offered to Investors, for short-term cargo storage.
Manufacturing For
assembly & manufacturing activities, Investors
have the option of leasing a pre - built Manufacturing
Unit (different sizes) or opt for a customized
Manufacturing Units built as per their requirements,
in accordance with the Building Rules & Regulations
as implemented by the FFZA.
Lease agreement for the unit can make to suit investor requirements, and finalized on case- to-case basis.
Business Club
A Business Club, erected on a 1000 sq meter area, specially meets the basic needs of FFZA Investors. It offers a Conference Room, an Auditorium, a Recreation Room, furnished Trading Offices, and a Library apart from a Restaurant.
