“As part of our commitment towards achieving complete satisfaction, we conduct the ‘Tenants Satisfaction Survey’ every year. In the past two years, we have been conducting the survey on a an online basis,” said raja Ali Al Suwadi, Research & Development Manager, DAFZA adding, “We decided to go in for a raffle for the 2003 survey basically to encourage more companies to actively participate, and also to appreciate those for their participation and cooperation.”

Commenting on the customers’ satisfaction level. Raja said, “Overall, the satisfaction rate of our customers has increased by 8 per cent. The highest score for the ‘Tenants Satisfaction level, “She further pointed. “The tenants satisfaction survey acts as a good communication tool between DAFZA staff and the companies houses in it, thus giving us a drive to improve our services.”

“The questionnaire is prepared after a through look into the best practices adopted, which is also revised regularly.” Said Raja. The queries are segregated into main six categories of Pre-registration, DAFZA Procedures and Services, DAFZA Staff, Working Conditions, DAFZA Website and DAFZA in General.

“We value our customers’ comments and suggestions. Hence, we ensure that we take into consideration all the issues being faced by our clients and will definitely solve them, thereby constantly enhancing our services,” noted Raja. “And, the feedback we get from our customers definitely help us in improving our services,” she concluded.
