FLEXI DESK
Flexi Desk is a networked desk designed for
single-person users. Clients can check in and
use an office to create and print documents,
access the internet to check emails or research
and make use of a telephone for incoming or
outgoing calls.
FLEXI OFFICE

Flexi Office is a networked and modern office
available for lease, equipped with its own
phone, computer, PC network, and internet access.
Clients can log in and use the Flexi Office
to create and print documents, send or receive
faxes, access internet to check emails, or
just to make phone calls. Clients pay only
for the services they use.
Executive
Office (14 to 160m²)
Our Executive Offices
are serviced, ready-to-use offices in the
UAE which can be rented immediately.
The standard offices range from 14 to 160m² and
can be provided either as enclosed or open
space office. Most of our Executive Offices
can be expanded and equipped according to client
needs. Executive Offices are ideal business
solutions for companies requiring a permanent

FTZ Client Relations Department services
Warehouses
RAK FTZ offers warehouses
for lease in the UAE in various sizes – starting with
small warehouse units of 150 m² up to
large facilities of 500+ m². All warehouses
are located at two locations: at Industrial
Park (Al Hulaylah Island in the vicinity
of Al Saqr port), and at Technology Park
(Jazirat Al Hamra with easy access to RAK
airport). Basic infrastructure (road connection,
light power supply of 15-60 kW, water/gas
supply) is in place.
We understand that
our clients occasionally need to use the
warehousing facilities on a
temporary basis according to the period/season/traffic
business needs, so we also provide flexi warehouse
shared facilities which can be used by a client
for up to four months in a year (200 m² of
shared warehouse space).
RAK FTZ provides a number of additional services
(e.g. rent of equipment, provision of manual
work power etc.) which can be included in the
warehouse lease package. Most warehouses can
be expanded as needed by the client, thus providing
a flexible solution to individual needs. Our
warehouses are also suitable for light manufacturing
or assembly.
