RAK Free Trade Zone facilities include RAK Innovation & Promotion Centre and Business Centres in four locations in the UAE, with fully functional and ready-to-use offices, flexi-offices (shared office) and flexi-desks (shared desk). These business centres are located in:

RAK free Trade Zone is the first ever zone to start a liaison office in India, Turkey and Germany. The Mumbai, Istanbul and Cologne offices are both communities’ easiest, hassle-free access to a world of free trade opportunities and incentives offered by the RAK Free Trade Zone.

The new Business Centre in New York City, USA is designed as a one stop shop for US businesses expanding to the UAE market, as well as a gateway to the US market for businesses operating within UAE, the New York Business Centre, which will boast fully functional, ready-to-use offices, and flexi-facilities (shared offices / desks), is a strategic addition to RAK FTZ’s existing international liaison offices in India, Turkey and Germany.

Another exciting initiative by Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone Authority is the introduction of Promotion Centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. RAK Free Trade Zone Promotion Centres have increased the awareness of RAK Free Zone considerably, and have presented investors with substantial scope from which to broaden and expand their marketing and management operations, while continuing with their assembly, industrial and manufacturing activities in the RAK Free Zone Industrial and Technology Parks. By taking advantage of this initiative, investors can also capitalize on all the exhibitions, conferences, events and seminars being held in other emirates.

RAK Business Center (Dubai)

RAK Business Center has a range of solutions that lets you setup your business in Dubai quickly and cost effectively. Located on the seventh floor of The Fairmont Dubai, the Business Center offers one-stop shop facilities to businessmen. The Business Center provides you all the support you need to make your operations highly successful by assisting you in obtaining necessary licenses, providing fully furnished office space, conference facilities, front desk secretarial services, marketing services, call-center services, mail forwarding services and other administrative services.

Deira Twin Towers (Dubai)

RAK Free Zone selected the Twin Towers due to their location in the heart of Dubai where business opportunities exist in abundance, giving investors an unrivalled advantage to promote their companies, hold their business meetings and meet with clients.

Abu Dhabi Mall

Abu Dhabi Mall with its prestigious office suites and impressive location in the central business district of the City was also chosen by RAK Free Zone to be the location of their Promotion Centre in the capital.

Liaison office in India.

India Office has started functioning actively after being licensed by the appropriate Authority in India from August 2005, from # 82, ATLANTA, Nariman Point, Mumbai- 21. Thus RAKFTZ becomes the first ever Free Zone in UAE to open a liaison office in India. Any information regarding setting up business in RAK FTZ can now be obtained through this office. India office has recently started giving approval on the selected applications and thus the company formation process is eased to merely half a day for Indian business community. Besides promotional activities the office also handles customer service like arranging visas for prospective clients, arranging the site visits, coordinating with different departments at RAK Free Trade Zone.

Liaison office in Turkey:

Turkey Office has started functioning actively after being licensed by the appropriate Authority in Turkey from January 2008, at the address of Ust Zeren Sok . 14/1, Levent, Istanbul, Turkey. Thus RAKFTZ becomes the first ever Free Zone in UAE to open a liaison office in Turkey. Any information regarding setting up business in RAK FTZ can now be obtained through this office. Besides promotional activities the office also handles customer service like arranging visas for prospective clients, arranging the site visits, coordinating with different departments at RAK Free Trade Zone.

Liaison office in Germany:

Germany Office has started functioning actively after being licensed by the appropriate Authority in Germany from April 2008, from the KölnTurm (Im Mediapark 8, 50670 Cologne, Germany). Thus RAKFTZ becomes the first ever Free Zone in UAE to open a liaison office in Germany. Any information regarding setting up business in RAK FTZ can now be obtained through this office. Beside promotional activities the office arranges site visits and coordinates with different department at RAK Free Trade Zone.

New York Office has started functioning actively after being licensed by the appropriate Authority in New York from May 2008. Thus RAKFTZ becomes the first ever Free Zone in UAE to open a liaison office in New York. Any information regarding setting up business in RAK FTZ can now be obtained through this office.
