foreign company
incorporated
outside the UAE.

registered
in the UAE.

2. Project Summary
3. Passport copies of Owners / Managers
4. Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
5. Memorandum
& Article of Association or equivalent
6. Board resolution to open a branch in the SAIF-Zone and power of Attorney appointing person(s) in charge.
7. Bank statement for the last 3 month
8. Balance sheet (for the last)2 years, if applicable)
9. Minimum Capital of US $ 40,000
NOTE
Documents
4 to 6 must be notarized and attested
by the Ministry of Foreign affairs
and by the UAE embassy in the country
of origin and/or the relevant Embassy
in the UAE (For branch of a foreign
Company) or if the owner / share
holder is and entity of an FZE/FZC;
